Analysis Of Factors Affecting The Asset Growth Of Islamic Commercial Banks In Indonesia For The Period 2018 – 2022
Keywords:
Islamic Commercial Bank, Asset Growth , NPF, FDR, InflationAbstract
The growth of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia can be measured through a significant increase in its assets every year. The growth of bank assets is greatly influenced by factors related to the bank's health, both internal and external to the bank itself. This research aims to describe and assess the impact of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) as internal factors, as well as Inflation as an external factor, on the growth of assets of Sharia Commercial Banks during the period 2018-2022. This research is quantitative in nature and uses a descriptive method. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Financial Services Authority. Data collection is done through documentation methods and then processed using IBM SPSS 22 Version. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results of the hypothesis testing show that the three variables, namely NPF, FDR, and Inflation, do not have an influence on the growth of Islamic commercial bank assets during the period 2018-2022.
