The aim is to analyze the influence of financial literacy and digital literacy on the performance of MSME finance in East Medan District. The research uses a quantitative associative study, namely to know the relationships and influences of independent ( literacy finance, and digital literacy ) towards the dependent variable (MSME finance performance). Data were collected through the distribution questionnaire from MSME actors. The population in the study totaled 1,035 MSMEs, and the sample was obtained using Slovin's formula with a 10% error level, so obtained sample of 91 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression tests, t-tests ( partial ), F-tests (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R²). Research results show that, in a way, partial literacy is significantly influential on performance with a t-value of 8.249 and a significance of 0.000 (<0.05). Digital literacy also has a significant influence on performance finance with a t-value of 3.571 and a significance of 0.001 (<0.05). Simultaneously, financial literacy and digital literacy significantly influence performance finance with a calculated F value of 64.201 and a significance of 0.000 (<0.05). The R Square value of 0.593 and the Adjusted R Square of 0.584 indicate that 58.4% of the variation in the performance of MSME finances can be explained by both variables said, whereas the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. Based on the results said, it can be concluded that improving literacy, finance, and digital literacy in general, together and in an individual's own role, are important in increasing the performance of MSME finance. Therefore, strengthening the competence of MSME actors in aspects of management, finance, and utilizing digital technology becomes a relevant strategy in support of sustainability and power competition in the digital era.
